My passion is developing impactful executive presence, influence and communication strategies with leaders, teams and organizations in the US and internationally. By researching and designing best practices in leadership, facilitation and high stakes communication, I coach C-suite clients in performance, mindset, and messaging. Being an agile critical thinker, my approach is custom-tailored giving actionable guidance that is easily implemented. Clients include executives and teams at Apple, Bank of America, Berkeley Haas, Caymus Vineyards, The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Mozilla, PG&E, SF SPCA, Stanford Health, UCSF and other senior leaders in academia, financial services, energy and technology.

My coaching and consulting philosophy is grounded in a unique combination of business experience, university teaching and communications training. As a coach at the Stanford and Cal graduate schools of business, I regularly consult with students and faculty on best communication practices, weaving in what I call "Facili-teaching". As an Adjunct Professor at SSU for 8 years, I combined undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Communications with graduate work in Multicultural Communications and Curriculum Design. A competitive sports enthusiast, I've completed the Alcatraz Swim, skied from Vail to Aspen and am a veteran volunteer within the animal welfare space. It's been pure joy and an honor to consult with some of the world's most respected brands over the past 22 years.
